As sensible Northern Dutch company, the careful interaction with people and materials comes natural in our thinking and actions. And so the prevention of the waste of energy, water and materials has always been an important focus of attention and we regard it as self-evident that we treat our employees respectfully.

Corporate social responsibility is an integral component in all our business processes and our CSR-policy has been formalized. We are ISO 9001 (quality care) and ISO 14001 (environmental care) certified and we are partner of CSR Netherlands.

What do we do:
During all processes within our organization, we focus upon care for people and environment next to economic achievements. Below is a short survey of our major CSR activities.

Care for our employees
We treat people with respect, within our organization as well as outside. We offer training to our employees, as well as a healthy working environment and a good system of rewards.

Honest production
Our production process is carried out in our own factory and we contract out to businesses in our region, so there is no outsourcing to low-wage countries.

Social engagement
We give room to groups with lessened job opportunities and give youngsters a chance to gain working experience.

Sponsoring
We sponsor cultural events, charities and regional sport clubs.

Sustainable product development
In the development of our products, we consider using as much sustainable, separable and recyclable materials as possible. The use of new techniques minimizes the amount of materials necessary for production.

Clean production process
During our production process, there is no emission of pollutants, water nor energy is wasted, and waste is limited to a minimum. Produced waste is separated directly at its source and is offered separately for recycling.

Economical with (green) energy
We use green energy, have made energy saving provisions and work on the awareness of our personnel with regard to the saving of energy.

Efficient sales process
We serve our clients via dealers. They take care of the process of advice, sales and service. As the dealers are located close to the customers, the mileage is limited.

Longevity
We guarantee longevity of our products because of their timeless design, use of high class materials, a modular construction and a backorder warranty of minimally 10 years on parts.

Sustainable packaging
Reducing package foil, returned packaging and recycling of package blankets and other package materials.

Limited transport
We limit transport because our production process takes place in our own factory and we predominantly opt for European suppliers. We also have an efficient transport planning for the transportation of our products and we use lorries which comply to the Euro V-standard.
